  Opening A New Wholesale Account   

Customer Registration Form

If you wish to open a wholesale account with us, please follow the steps outlined below.  Prior to placing orders or receiving any product pricing or information, you must submit documents and and have an approved account.

  Step One:   

Complete the New Account Form located at the bottom of this webpage.

  Step Two:   

Submit the required document(s) as explained below.

Provide proof of one of these 2 options :

Option 1: A picture of your valid Professional license certificate/card or

Option 2: A picture of the Beauty School license,

Provide Resale Tax Certificate for your State:

Resale Tax Certificate: If you do not have a resale tax certificate on file with us prior to placing orders, then we are required by state law to charge sales tax on all orders.

  Step Three:   

Submit document(s) to:  Admin@primeralabs.com

  Step Four:     

Once we receive, review and approve your required document(s), we will email you account access within 5 business days( excluding weekends and holidays).

Additional Information:

Professional license options are (aesthetician, cosmetologist, nail technician, massage therapist, beauty school, R.N., M.D., LPN).  We do not accept account applications from students.

Resale Tax Certificate: We do not accept a Federal EIN(Federal Employer Identification Number) document.

Business Website: We do not accept wholesale applications from those who have not yet officially fully developed their website.
