Phytic Acid, has the unique added ability to prevent discoloration before it appears. As a chelating antioxidant, it binds to iron to inhibit the formation of melanin in the skin- inhibits the activity of tyrosinase while inducing the exfoliation of superficial melanin-filled cells.
Phytic Acid is safe to use on skin that gets exposed to sunlight, as it does not increase photosensitivity.

Application Directions:
After cleansing, soak a cotton ball or cotton pad with toner, and gently wipe over face, neck, and chest, avoiding eye area. Repeat as necessary until cotton ball or cotton pad comes up clean.
