Apply Salicylic Acid Peel with 4 by 4 pad or 4 by 4 gauze.
Salicylic Acid Peel is applied in coats/layers. Apply as many coats until an even white precipitate appears on the skin.Allow one minute between application of coats.Precipitate is not frosting of the skin, as with the application of TCA peels. Precipitate is the residue of salicylic acid solution.
Examine the skin under a woods lamp to identify any untreated areas.
Salicylic Acid Peel is not neutralized.
Remove precipitate with 4 by 4 pads that are moistened with cool water.
