Ordering Policy  

Only approved accounts can place orders on our website. All orders that are placed on our website have been placed/received only. Orders are pending until transaction has been approved on our end.

Shipping Lead Time:  Orders are expected to ship within 18-20 business days( exclude weekends and holidays). Lead time is the amount of time between when an order is placed and when it is shipped. 

 

 

 When DoesMy Order Ship?   

Sales Tax Policy   

If you selected to pay by credit card, your credit card has not been charged yet. Once we begin processing your order, we will manually process your credit card order and not charge sales tax, provided you have a sales tax certificate on file with us prior to placing the order. When we process your credit card, you will receive an email confirmation. 

If you selected to pay by PayPal, once we begin processing your order, we will refund the sales tax to your PayPal account, provided you have a sales tax certificate on file with us prior to placing the order.

If you do not have a valid sales tax certificate on file with us prior to placing your order, we are required by local state law to charge sales tax.
